Artist Biography: Born in Manila, Philippines, 1924. Studied in Spain, the Philippines, and the United States (Harvard University). Became a painter after the war, first exhibition in Boston, 1950; first exhibition in Madrid, 1959.Influential in establishing the Cuenca Museum of Spanish Abstract Art in which his own collection is housed. Listed in 1975 as the director. Lives in Madrid, Spain
