Artist Biography: Active 1893-1914; worked closely in Paris with Toulouse-Lautrec. Member of La Libre Esthetique, Belgian art nouveau movement founded in 1893 to succeed Cercle de XX (sponsored for this by fellow Spaniard and friend, Dario de Regoyos). Exhibited and listed in catalogues of La Libre Esthetique, 1903, 1911 and 1914.
