Artist Biography: Born in England 1793, son of Robert Havell.Known as Robert Havell, Junior until his father*s death in 1832.(See Christie*s Audubon catalogue from the sale in Houston in 1982.) Emigrated to America and died in Ossining, New York in 1878.
