Artist Biography: Born in Rome in 1634. Pupil and chief collaborator of Pietro da Cortona. Worked for Pope Alexander VII and Prince Borghese; completed frescoes by Pietro da Cortona in Florence for Cosimo III. died in Rome in 1689.
