Artist Biography: Formerly called Bernardino Barbatelli. Born August 1548 in Florence. Pupil of Ghirlandaio.Studied Raphael, Michelangelo, etc. in Rome. Returned to Florence where he painted and drew.Died 10 November 1612 in Florence.
