Artist Biography: Born 29 April 1675 in Venice. Pupil of Ricci and Pagani. 1716 painter to Prince-Elector of the Palatinate, traveled to Antwerp, the Hague (painted ceiling of the Mauritshuis), England.Died in Venice 5 November 1741.
