Artist Biography: Born Carlo Brisighella in Venice ca. 1629/1630.Adopted by his teacher, Johann Anton Eismann, with whom he traveled to Germany and in Italy.Active in Ferrara and also in Verona, where Dal Pozzo noted him as still living in 1718.
