Artist Biography: Born in Bassano, worked for Remondini's publishing operation. In 1762 Bartolozzi brought him into Joseph Wagner's shop in Venice. Ca. 1772 he went to Rome and set up his own establishment where Raphael Morghen studied. He died in Rome in 1803. See: Lazzaro, Claudia. Eighteenth-Century Italian Prints.
