Artist Biography: Painter and printmaker. Probably born in Marsala, 1650, died in Alcama (also in Sicily) 1692. Most of his etchings done in Rome, including suites after Annibale Carracci's paintings for the Palazzo Farnese, the Raphael frescoes in the Vatican Loggie, and work after Pietro da Cortona and Cirro Ferri.~~Reference: LeBlanc, Charles.
