Artist Biography: Giulio di Antonio Bonasone. Born in Bologna, dates of birth and death uncertain. A painter, engraver, and etcher. A pupil of Lorenzo Sabbatini, he was influenced by Marcantonio when the latter returned to Bologna, after which he was active in Rome between 1531 and 1574.
