Artist Biography: Born in Dordrecht on 25 December (?) 1564. In Paris, Amsterdam, etc. Settled in Utrecht after 1628. Died in Utrecht 27 January 1651. Son of the sculptor Cornelis Bloemart.Painter, etcher, and teacher. ~~Reference: Hollstein Vol. II, pp. 60 ff.~
