Artist Biography: Younger brother of Otto van Veen. Son of Cornelis van Veen. Painter and engraver and carver of cameos.Perhaps a pupil of Cornelis cCort. In rome 1588, Venice 1589. Engraved numerous religious subjects in the Italian manner and also his brother's designs.
