Artist Biography: Painter and woodcut artist, born 1867 t Bisenz (Moravia); died 1916 in Vienna by suicide. Spent the years 1892-1894 in Paris studying at the Academie Julian, and in Brittany. From 1897-1905 he was a member of the Vienna Sezession.
