Artist Biography: Born in Paris on 24 February 1619. Son of the sculptor Nicolas Le Brun the Elder.Studied with FranÁois Perrier and Simon Vouet.Painter and engraver.Numerous paintings for Louis XIV at Versailles Died in Paris on 12 Februrary 1690.
