Artist Biography: Born Gaston Duchamp. Painter and printmaker. Brother of painter Marcel Duchamp, sculptor Raymond Duchamp-Villon, and painter Suzanne Duchamp. Studied law; 1895 entered Atelier Cormon, contributed drawings to Parisian journals. Joined Cubists.
