Artist Biography: Born 1927 in Takaoka, Toyama Prefecture. Graduated 1945 from Takaoka Industrial College. From 1950 studied under Shiko Munakata. Member of Print Department, Kokuga-kai Society.~Has lived in New York since 1971.
