PUBLICATIONS: 2005 - "The handle of this spatula is carved with an animal that I believe is a flying fox. William Rubin notes its resemblance to Max Ernst sculptures in his Museum of Modern Art show of 1984. There is a similar spatula in the Philippe Bourgoin Collection, Paris, and another in the S.G. Moriarty Collection at the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne. A spatula with an interesting variation on this theme recently entered our collection."
