EXHIBITIONS: 1979 - National Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C., 1979, "The Art of the Pacific Islands." PUBLICATIONS: 2005 - "Bags of amulet figures were owned by men and used for magic assistance in hunting, fishing, and sexual adventure (the flying fox). It is unusual for the figures and the bag itself to have remained together."
