Artist Biography: (none) PROVENANCE: Jolika Collection of New Guinea Art PUBLICATIONS: 2005 - "Flute masks were attached to the sides of sacred flutes, which had very elaborate decorations in addition to the flute figure at the top. There are no other published examples of Biwat flute masks in the long-face style of the ancient flute figures."
