Artist Biography: (none) PROVENANCE: Jolika Collection of New Guinea Art PUBLICATIONS: 2005 - "The female counterpart of the long-nosed male barak spirit mask is very rare. The only other example of acceptable quality that I have seen was offered by a private dealer in Stuttgart in 2003." (Catalog #38, New Guinea Art: Masterpieces from the Jolika Collection of Marcia and John Friede, 2005, Volume 2, p. 89.)
