Artist Biography: BornJulius Pincus or Pinkas in Vidin, Bulgaria. Active in Berlin, Paris and the United States where he acquired citizenship in 1925. Died in Paris. Painter, designer, engraver, illustrator. Studied in Vienna nad Munich (Simplicissimus illustrator), settled in Paris about 1905.
