Artist Biography: Born in Tucupita, Venezuela in 1938. Studied in the School of Plastic and Applied Arts "Cristobal Rojas" in Caracas, and in the Academy in Rome. Did post-graduate work at the University of Peking and at the University of Art in Varsovia (Warsaw) from 1962 to 1965.
