Artist Biography: Ando Tokubei. ukiyo-e print artist; pupil of Hiroshige; After Hiroshige II went to Yokohama ca. 1865, he took the artist name Hiroshige III. Other names used: Utagawa (Ando, Goto), Tokubei, Torakichi, Isshosai, Shigemasa, Shigetora.
