Artist Biography: Vicomte Charles Albert d*Arnoux. Born in Paris 1820. Died 1882 in Soyons. Draftsman, caricaturist, lithographer and wood engraver for book illustrations. Photography after 1855,: collaborated with Hippolyte Bayard 1855-1866. After 1866 his own studio as Bertall & Cie., 1877-1882 collaborated with Galerie contemporaine.
